Details of installation of a pedal charging the parking brake

PERFORMANCE ORDER

All the self-locking nuts and bolts must be replaced without fail! Details of installation of a pedal charging parking brake shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text. Make preload controller slack (the compensation lever) drive cable. Remove the cover (71) of the pedal assembly. Remove the gauge-switch arming the parking brake (S12). Disconnect the cable (85) of the tension earrings pedal (75) and release it from its holder using a special tool (043), - try not to drop a rubber ring (85c). Loosen the bolt (72) and remove the pedal assembly (75). Do not release bolts TORX heads to the rear of the assembly! Remove the bracket (77a) and disconnect a cable release the parking brake (79) of the control arm (77), then disconnect the cable from the pedal assembly (75) using the tool (010) and remove it. Installation is in the reverse order. In conclusion unload controller slack (the compensation lever) and make adjustment of the parking brake (see. Section Adjusting the parking brake).
