PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material to replace the gland pinion front differential submitted for interfacing. graphics, which include all the links in the text.
  2. Disconnect from the flange pinion differential and propeller shaft using socket wrench 41 mm with adapter 3/4 square meter and determine the appropriate initial resistance force differential turning.
  3. Raschekante and release nut (14b), the nut must be replaced without fail.
  4. Pulling out, release the flange (14c) from the pinion differential housing.
  5. Having hooked a suitable screwdriver, release the oil seal (14d) of its landing slots and using a suitable mandrel (093) plant in its place a new, pre-lubricated his lips versatile hypoid oil SAE 85 W-90.
  6. Further assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly of components - when tightening NEW nuts (14b) to lock the coupling flange (14c) with the key (092).

Tightening the screws in several steps until until it reaches the initial force-rotation differential resistance (see. Paragraph 2)! In conclusion, stake the nut, do not forget to check the differential for signs of leaks.

Rear Differential

Illustrative material to replace the oil seal rear differential pinion represented in the figure, which includes all the links in the text. The procedure is similar to the procedure described above for the front differential.
