Details of installation of a torsion rod rear suspension

77 - Torsion bar
77a - Rubber Bushing
77b - Collar
77c - Bolts
78a - connecting bolts

78b - Bearing
78c - Bearing
78d - Spacer sleeve
78e - Bearing
78f - bearing nut


PERFORMANCE ORDER

All the self-locking nuts and bolts must be replaced without fail!

  1. Details of installation of the rear torsion rod shown in resistivity. illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the bearing nut (78f).
  3. Remove the screws (77c) of the fastening clamp (77b).
  4. Remove the torsion bar (77).
  5. Remove the rubber grommet from the rod (77a).
  6. Installation is in the reverse order - replace defective components, track correctness of installation of the components (78a ÷ 78f).
