Details of the lower control arm rear suspension

PERFORMANCE ORDER

All the self-locking nuts and bolts must be replaced without fail!

  1. Details of the lower control arm rear suspension shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the rear wheels.
  3. Remove the rack-mount assembly (6j) from the lower control arm (94).
  4. Remove the bearing nut (125a) and remove the lever (94) Bolt (125f).
  5. Give fixing nuts and remove the axle bolt, separate lever (94) of the subframe and expand it down on the ball joint (7a).
  6. If necessary, holding the ball head by using TORX key, release the support (7a) of the lever (94).
  7. Remove the lower control arm (94).
  8. Evaluate the condition of the ball joint (7a) (see. Section Checking the ball joints knuckle), if necessary, remove a support (use the extractor) and make its replacement.
  9. Installation is in the reverse order - make sure that the landing lever and tightening the bearing nut (125a) of the rear axle assembly is positioned horizontally.
