Measure the distance "A" between the regulator and the front side of the meter

051b - Meter
A1 - Distance between the regulator and the front side of the meter
B1 - height meter
M - Center gear

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Secure the indicator on the retainer and set the measuring plate.

2. Set to '0' indicator with 3 mm preload on the measuring disk (051). Height measuring disk (051) is adjustable.

3. Install the outer ring of the roller bearing (46b) on the inner ring of the pinion (47) and install a magnetic disk (052s).

4. Insert the drive pinion into the measuring plate and measure the height of the pinion with tapered roller bearing and a magnetic disk.
5. Determine the difference between the Venue "B1" and height "B". Record the value (e.g., 1.79 mm).

6. Review the main deviation "a" pinion ("+" or "-") and write it down (for example, +0.06 mm).

7. Depending on the prefix ("+" or "-") value for the pinion plus (if "+") or subtracted (if the "-").

8. Insert the probe (051b) in the gear housing. Screw him.

9. Insert the left (052e) from outside to inside and right (052d) from inside to outside measuring ring gear housing to lock.

10. Install meter (052a) with a measuring finger in the measuring device (052). Measuring finger screwed into the measuring part (052b).

11. Set the measuring part (052b) in the measuring device and indicator is set to "0" with a 2 mm interference fit. Tightening the bolt, the indicator should be "0".

12. Insert the measuring device into the left hole in the gear housing.

13. Measure the distance "A" between the regulator and the front side of the meter and record the positive ("+") or negative ("-") direction (for example, received - 0.01 mm and a negative direction). Positive or negative direction depending on the rotation of the indicator. The direction of rotation, with neutral position, counterclockwise determines the negative direction, clockwise - positive direction.
14. Determine the thickness of the lining:

The distance between the height "B1" and height "B" = 1.79 mm + Main deviation "a" pinion 0.06 mm = 1.85 mm + Difference "A1" between the regulator and the front side of the meter 0.01 mm = 1.86 mm thickness pads.
15. Remove the measuring device and measuring ring gear. Remove the meter. Insert the lining thickness in a certain gear.
