17 - Bevel gears drive shafts
18 - Thrust pads
19 - Roller finger

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Secure the differential housing (13).

2. Emboss the roller pin (19) and the pin of the differential (16) of the differential housing (13) by means of a punch.

3. Remove the satellites (15) with spherical spacers (14) and bevel gear drive shafts (17) with the thrust pads (18).

4. Check each item for wear.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Insert the pin (046) into the hole in the differential housing (refer to an accompanying illustration).

2. Set both the bevel gears drive shafts (17) with the thrust pads (18) on the pin in the differential housing.

3. Set both satellite (15) with spherical spacers (14) and rotate them with a pin (046).

4. Instead of the differential finger insert the pin (021) in the differential housing to secure the bevel gears and drive shafts satellites.
