Removal and installation of electric drive valves



Electric motors drive the air conditioning air flaps

1 - e / m actuator valve of the left duct blowing glass
2 - e / m drive left overlapping flap
3 - e / m door actuator right air blowing glass
4 - e / m control valve of the coal filter
5 - e / m fan

Model conditioner without automatic comfort

Ventilation flaps are moved with the help of electric motors. Electric motors mounted on the block heater / air conditioner. To access the electric motors must remove various covers.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the negative (-) cable of the battery when the ignition is off. You must first remove the air filter box of the passenger compartment.

Before disconnecting the cable, find out the radio security code, if any, address to Section Replacement of the battery.

2. The valve of fresh air / circulation: Remove the cover under the glove compartment, refer to the appropriate section.
3. air mixing flap right: Remove the cover under the glove compartment, refer to the appropriate section.
4. air mixing flap left: Remove the cover under the dashboard on the driver, refer to the appropriate section.


The damper the area of the leg

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the cover under the dashboard on the driver, refer to the appropriate section.
2. Remove the lower part of the dashboard on the driver's side, refer to the appropriate section.
3. Remove the radio and a pocket under the radio, refer to Section Removal and installation of the radio.
4. Remove the damping material.


Ventilation flap

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the heater and air conditioner, refer to the appropriate section.
2. Remove the radio and a pocket under the radio, refer to Section Removal and installation of the radio.
3. Remove the damping material.

4. Remove the 3 screws (arrows in the illustration) and remove the electric motor (1).

5. Disconnect the connector (2) of the electric motor.


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
2. Attach a weight cable (-) battery when the ignition is switched off. Replace the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the code for the radio and set the time on the clock.

After installation, you must adjust the electric motor drive ventilation flaps on the control unit. On STO for this purpose there is a special diagnostic tool.
