Removal and installation of the upper lid of the center console



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the negative (-) cable of the battery when the ignition is off. You must first remove the air filter box of the passenger compartment.

Before disconnecting the cable, find out the radio security code, if any, address to Section Replacement of the battery.

2. Remove the center air vents.
3. Remove the gear lever / selector, as described in Section Removal and installation of the central console.
4. Remove the casing from the center console ashtray, as described in Section Removal and installation of the central console.

5. Open the spring clip (arrows in the figure) at the bottom of the cover (1). (2) - a control unit heater from the reverse side of the cover.

6. Remove the cover from the top of the center console.
7. Disconnect the connector and heater control switch on the back of the cover.


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dock connector and heater control switch on the back of the cover.

2. Place the cover on top of the center console, enter the bottom of the spring clip at the bottom (arrow in the illustration) Console (1) and secure.

3. Further installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
4. Connect the negative (-) cable to the battery when the ignition is switched off. Replace the cabin air filter box. Enter the code of the radio and set the time on the clock.
