Switches

Parking lights, number plate lighting.

Dipped beam, parking lights, number plate lighting.

Main beam (combined-tion stalk switch click away from you).

Parking lights, right.

Parking lights, left.

Pull switch to the 1st position fix:

Fog lamps in addition to the parking, dim light.

The green control LED.

Pull switch to the 2nd position of fixing:

The rear lights, in addition to a misty fog lamps.

Steady yellow indicator lamp.

When the key is removed and the open door signal sounds if the vehicle exterior lighting (except for parking lights) is turned off.

Switching headlights

The headlights can be turned on / off manually or automatically, or switch to a permanent regime.

Selection of the appropriate function - refer to the subsection "Individual setting" section multifunction steering wheel, all-purpose display.

Manual mode

Dipped beam, parking lights and license plate illumination turns on and off the light switch.
(Light switch - see. Above).

Auto mode

Light switch position .

Turn the key in the ignition switch in position 1.

Parking lights are automatically switched on and off depending on ambient light.

The key in the ignition switch, turn to position 2 (+ motor included).

Dipped beam, parking lamps and number plate lighting is switched on and off automatically depending on the ambient light.

Dipped beam, parking lights and license plate illumination can be switched on and then manually switch the light.

Important!

In the fog headlights are not turned on by the automatic headlamp switch.

If necessary, turn on the lights of the car manually.

Mode continuous light ¹

Dipped beam, parking lamps and number plate lighting are included with the engine running. The main beam and warning light may continue to turn on and off manually.

Turning the light switch in the position . . or switch on the light in accordance with the position of the switch.

Function off headlamps with delay time (OFF SLOW headlights)

In the darkness after the engine is switched off, the parking light, tail light, license plate light and foggy lantern.

After closing the door starts counting the delay time within the functions Slow off headlights. The duration of the off delay can be adjusted in several stages between the values 0 (off) and 60 seconds.

Within 10 minutes after closing their doors this function can be enabled again by opening a door. If, after switching off the engine will not open any of the doors or after opening the doors, they will not be closed completely, then after about 60 seconds of slow motion off headlights will automatically turn off.

Temporarily disable off headlamps with delay:

Before leaving the vehicle key in the ignition switch, turn the switch to 0 and then to position 2 and then back to 0.

Lighting for orientation

In the darkness after unlocking the main key light up the parking light, tail light, license plate light and foggy lantern.

When you open the driver's door or at the latest after 40 seconds, lights turn off.

The function can be switched on or off in the menu ?�LIGHTING?� (lighting) of the "individual setting" on the setup menu, ?�LOCATOR LIGHTING?� (lighting for orientation) (Section multifunction steering wheel, universal display).

Regulator headlight aiming

1 Controller headlight aiming
0 busy front seats.
1 class front and rear seats.
Unavailable driver's seat and the trunk is loaded to the permissible load on the rear axle.
2 Busy front and rear seats and the boot loaded to the permissible load on the rear axle.

On models for xenon headlights angle of the headlights is adjusted automatically.

Headlamp cleaning system

Topping up detergent tank headlamp cleaning system discussed in Chapter Routine maintenance.

1 Dipped (switch position light)
2 Main and dipped (switch position light)
3 warning light (high beam, regardless of the position of the light switch)
4 indicator lamp, right
5 Indicator, Left

Note the rotation: fix the combination switch. Return to the original position automatically when the steering wheel.

Note the rotation when changing lanes: move the combination switch only to the point of resistance and hold it in this position.

I Interval mode

Models with rain sensor:

When the move is performed one wiper brushes. Thereafter, intervals are automatically adjusted depending on the amount of moisture on the glass.

Models without the rain sensor:

When the vehicle is stopped switches the operating mode of a screen wiper one step down. In intermittent mode - increases the interval.

Blocking the wiper arm

At impossibility of movement of the wiper arm, eliminate the cause (such as snow). For safety reasons, remove the key from the ignition.

Then turn on the wiper (the ignition key turn in position 1).

Divorce on the windshield

When switched wiper washer switch - including in the rain.

The alarm system

The alarm system can be switched on the car manually switch on the center console or she is automatically activated after triggering one of the airbags.

When enabled the system of hazard warning lights while turning the combination switch flashes only the left or only the right turn signal lamp. After returning to the combination switch back to its original position all the lights are flashing turn indicator.
