PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect the negative wire from the battery. Remove the cover of the power unit with integrated air cleaner (see. Section Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path). Remove the left of the ignition coil (see chap. Systems of an electric motor). On models 463.250 (M112) to provide access to the bolts fastening the transverse section of the exhaust system, remove the left dokatalitichesky lambda probe (G3 / 3) supplied to the electrical wiring it (G3 / 3x1). Remove the top section thermofilter (5). The screen consists of two pribolchennyh each other sections. On models 463.249 (M113) from the controller, disconnect the accelerator cable. Release the flange connection fastening the transverse section of the exhaust system (10/8) to the left exhaust manifold (1). Remove the screws (9) securing the lower section of the exhaust system to the transmission housing. Remove the bottom section thermofilter (6). Give nuts (2) and remove the left exhaust manifold (1), - Prepare removable nuts (2) and seals (4) and studs. Installation is in the reverse order. Finally, clean the processor memory on-board self-diagnostic system (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the turbocharger (see. Section Service Component inlet air path). Give fixing nuts (5) and remove the exhaust manifolds (1 and 3) and gasket (2), - the nuts must be replaced without fail. Installation is in the reverse order - check the condition of fixing pins (4), replace the damaged hardware.
