PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove protection crankcase.
  2. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Current care and maintenance).
  3. Remove the air cleaner (see. Section Service Component inlet air path).
  4. Remove the right air intake duct (13) (see. Section Service Component inlet air path).
  5. Remove the oil filler cap trim (14).
  6. Remove the fuel filter (1), - the filter must be replaced without fail.
  7. Remove the left and right air intakes complete with sensors MAF (see. Section Service Component inlet air path).
  8. Remove the throttle actuator assembly with the upper airways (10) (see. Section Service Component inlet air path).
  9. Remove the valve assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of the valve assembly).
  10. Remove positioner EGR (see. Section Removal and installation of positioners EGR).
  11. Remove the bolts (2a and 2c), and remove the right connecting pipe (2). Prepare replacement gaskets (2b).
  12. Remove the screws (3a, 3c and 3d) and remove the top half of the right-hand section of the diffuser (3). Prepare replacement gaskets (3b).
  13. Remove the bolts (4a, 4c and 4d) and remove the upper half of the left-hand section of the diffuser (4). Prepare replacement gaskets (4b).
  14. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum units (9) off the left and right intake ports.
  15. Remove the bolt (7) and assembly otboltite vacuum blocks (9) light-off of the left inlet port of the diffuser.
  16. First, pull up the back side (A) cooler EGR (8), and then post it back toward the front (B) and remove the cooler (7) with connecting pipes (11 and 12). If necessary, prepare the removable sealing ring.
