PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) activate the service mode of the emergency call TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  1. Turn on the auxiliary battery and connect it to a standard battery, then disconnect the negative cable last.

    7 - Auxiliary battery
    8 - terminal positive wire module
    9 - negative terminal wire module
    W10 - Ground Battery

  1. Turn the knob (1) actuator hydrocorrector to "0" and, without turning, remove it from the dashboard.
  2. Remove the lower left section of the instrument panel trim (see chap. Body).
  3. Remove the mounting bracket (2).
  4. Remove the left group of switches the instrument panel (see. Section A group of switches on the instrument panel to the left).
  5. Remove the end cap of the steering column (see chap. Body).
  6. Remove the spacer sleeve (3).
  7. Remove the front grille (see chap. Body).
  8. Remove the lens unit (see. Section Removal and installation of block headlights, lamp replacement, adjustment of the direction of the optical axis).
  9. Remove the front bumper (see chap. Body).
  10. Remove wheel arch locker protection (see chap. Body).
  11. Unscrew the front fixing screws and remove the cover (10) and mounted under her rubber seal.
  12. Remove the vacuum brake booster assembly (see chap. Brakes and auxiliary systems).
  13. Open the grommet (4) and remove the seal of the foam rubber. Pull forward and remove the plug (4).
  14. On 463/323 models remove tank Windshield washer fluid (see chap. Body).
  15. Release bandages (6 and 7) and separate control line (5) from the wheel arch panels and radiator crossmember, - tires must be replaced without fail.
  16. Push the actuator controller (9) of the window pane front end and remove it from the car, having through holes in the bulkhead (8) and the wheel arch and the freeing of the grommet (4), - try not to bend hydraulic lines!
  17. Installation is in the reverse order - on the model of the corresponding configuration (code ET2) deactivate service mode of TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  18. Finally, make the DTC reading and clearing of system memory on-board self-diagnostic scanner using STAR DIAGNOSIS (6511 1801 00) (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
  19. Check the tilt adjustment of the optical axes of the headlights, if necessary, make appropriate adjustment (see. Specifications).
