Removing and installing auxiliary heater circulation pump STH (with appropriate equipment)



Details of the installation of the circulating pump (models 463.250 / 323, code H12)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Opening the cover of the expansion tank, release pressure in the cooling system.
  2. Remove assemblage of additional heater STH (see. Section Removal and installation of auxiliary heater STH (with appropriate equipment)).
  3. Disconnect the wiring connector (8) of the circulation pump - connector has an asymmetrical shape, which guarantees the uniqueness of his connections.
  4. Remove the retaining screw (17), remove the clamp (13) and remove the assembly of the circulating pump (A6m1), disconnect it from the supply hose (4).
  5. Installation is in the reverse order.
  6. Finally, remove the air from the path of the cooling system and check the corresponding components for signs of leaks, then make sure of serviceability of functioning of the additional heater STH (see. Section Removal and installation of auxiliary heater STH (with appropriate equipment)).
