Replace accessory drive belt and its tension elements of the mechanism

Belt

Petrol models (M112 / 113)

Details of installation of accessory drive belt on the petrol models (M112 / 113)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the fan assembly (1 and 2) (see chap. System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  2. Expanding the pin (4) of the tension roller (5) anti-clockwise to loosen the belt (3) and lock the clip using a rod with a diameter of 5 mm.
  3. Remove the belt and carefully examine its state (see chap. Current care and maintenance). If necessary, replace.
  4. Installation is in the reverse order - start planting belt tensioner pulley and act in the manner indicated in the figure numbering. Be sure to adjust the tension of the belt (see chap. Current care and maintenance).
