Refitting

Withdrawal

The components of the clutch pedal

1 - axle bolt
2 - sleeve
3 - pedal
4 - clutch
5 - a washer
6 - spring return
7 - a nut

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. In the car, disconnect a pusher on the clutch pedal.
  2. Give a nut on the bolt axial pedal, remove the washer.
  3. Try to remember adjusting position of the return spring, remove the axle bolt and remove the clutch pedal of the vehicle.
  4. Remove the pedal and clutch hub.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check the condition of bushings and couplings, if necessary, replace.
  2. Before installing moderately lubricate the fastening pin and axle bolt molybdenum disulfide grease on lithium basis.
  3. Set in a former position return spring.
  4. Tighten the nut with the required axial force of the bolt.
  5. Adjust the height of the situation and free the clutch pedal.
