Cylinder Head



Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cylinder head (see. Subsection 3.1.1.11).
2. Remove the intake and exhaust manifolds, if these details have not yet been removed.
3. Remove the valve levers and shims.
4. Squeeze the first valve spring using the tool and remove the crumbs. Carefully loosen the valve spring, remove the spring plate, a spring and a basic washer. Remove the valve stem seals with guides.
5. To remove the plate lightly tap the device hammer with soft brisk.
6. Remove the valve from the combustion chamber.
7. The valve should be stored together with the breadcrumbs, spring, spring plate and the support washer. Keep in mind that the valve N1 is near the front of the lid.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the spring support washer, dip into the valve stem seal with fresh oil for the engine and put on the valve stem and onto the sleeve.
2. Lubricate the valve stems with fresh oil for the engine and install valves in the corresponding guides on the cylinder head, observing the order of the original installation. New valves should be installed in those seats to which they were lapped.
3. Install the spring washer on the support, oriented so as to tightly wound spring coils were turned down.
4. Install the spring plate.
5. Squeeze the spring device and insert the biscuits in the groove on the valve stem.

A warning

To keep the crackers in the grooves of the valve when removing the device, grease crackers grease.


6. After all the valves turn the cylinder head and valve train parts besiege light hammer blows through the wooden prorate on the valve stem.
