Only for gasoline engines without catalytic converter.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the valve.
2. Remove the slider.
Hitachi distributor
3. Put a mark on the part of the gear core, which faces upwards.
4. Remove the core, remove the pin. If necessary, remove the slider.
5. Carefully remove the wires from the unit, memorizing the order of their arrangement.
6. Remove the screws and remove the module.
Mitsubishi distributor
7. Remove the distributor cap.
8. Disconnect the wires, unscrew and remove the pin.
9. Remove the screws and the integrated module.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is performed in reverse order.
2. At the check rail Hitachi clearance between the induction sensor and the stator core, which should be 0.3-0.5 mm.
3. If necessary, adjust by loosening the screws and moving the stator.
