Fuses - general information

Vehicle electrical circuits are protected by fuses or fusible link (photo). Mounting the fuse box is mounted under the front wall on the left side. To access the fuse, remove the cover of the mounting block. The lid contains a chain that protects the fuse. Upon cancellation circuit first check the fuse. Blown fuse is easily detected by appearance. To replace a faulty fuse, remove and insert a new one by pushing it into the slot. Rated current new fuse must exactly match the current PR. Never use a fuse instead of pigtails. If the new fuse burns out find the cause and correct.
