The fuel pressure regulator and the solenoid valve inspection and replacement



Check
1. The solenoid valve fuel pressure regulator applies a vacuum to the regulator at the time
Start a hot engine and increasing injection pressure.
2. The valve needs to be checked if the D torus by connecting a hose from the valve does not operate correctly, and the artificial creation of the vacuum regulator is operating normally.
3. Disconnect from the valve and check the voltage from the battery. Cut off the air valve should not miss.
4. replace the faulty valve.

5. Disconnect the wires and hoses and turn the valve
6. Installation is performed in reverse order.

7. Follow the decompression.
8. Disconnect the battery from weight.

9. Loosen the straps, label and disconnect the fuel hose 2 (photo).
10. Remove the vacuum hose and the fuel temperature sensor connector.
11. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the hose from the bottom of a return gasoline regulator.
12. Turn away bolts and remove a regulator.
13. Installation is performed in reverse order.
