Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Run 1-4 subsection 10.9.1.
2. Remove the protective cap 1 (see. Fig. Rear drum brake).
3. Remove the cotter pin 2.
4. Remove the locking toothed washer 3.
5. Unscrew the nut 4.
6. Remove the washer 5 and 6 with the outer bearing inner ring.
7. Insert a screwdriver into the hole for the bolt of the brake drum 7, squeeze the lever all the way up the supply pad 18, moved to the brake pads 14, and remove the brake drum 7.
8. Remove the Belleville washers 10 by clicking on them and turning 90 ?�, while holding the pin 24 on the back side of the brake shield 23.
9. Remove the springs 11 and 24 pins.
10. To mark the location of the springs and the spacer strips 16.
11. Disconnect the bottom fastening of the brake pads 14 with a screwdriver.
12. Remove the lower return spring 13.
13. Disconnect the cable 1 (see. Fig. A rope hand brake) Parking brake lever 2 from the expander parking brake.
14. Disconnect the spring 12 (see. Fig. Rear drum brake).
15. Pull the upper return spring 15.
16. Remove the brake pads.
17. Secure the brake pads for the lower ends in a vice and remove the spacer bar 16, arm 18 and a spring supply pad 17.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean dirt from the brake drum 7 and the shield 23.
2. Install the spring 17 and spacer bar 16 on the corresponding brake pads.
3. Place the lever 18 blocks the supply so that the projection arm is directed towards a brake board 23.
4. Install the second brake shoe.
5. Install the upper return spring 15.
6. Attach the wire 1 (see. Fig. A rope hand brake) Parking brake lever 2 on the parking brake.
7. Install the upper ends of the brake pad 14 (see. Fig. Rear drum brake) in the pistons of the wheel cylinder 19.
8. Install the lower return spring 13.
9. Install the lower ends of the brake pads on the bottom support.
10. Install the spring 12.
11. Install the pins 24.
12. Install the spring 11 and the Belleville washers 10, pressing and turning the washer 10 on pliers 90 ?�.
13. Install the brake drum 7.
14. Press the brake pedal once.
15. Install the wheel and the wheel bolts fit flush.
16. Lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts diagonally torque of 110 Nm.

A warning

If the inner portion of the brake drum detected lubrication, it is necessary to replace the bearing seals.


17. Bleed brake system.
18. Adjust the parking brake cord.
