Vacuum pump (model with a diesel engine)



Vacuum pump

On models of cars with diesel engines in the vacuum amplifier ryazrezhenie created a vacuum pump driven by an intermediate shaft of the engine.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the hose from the union 1 (see. Fig. A vacuum pump).
2. Remove the bolt 15 (see. Fig. Details lubrication system of the diesel engine) and remove the holder 16.
3. Remove the vacuum pump 17 with a gasket 18 and the drive gear 19.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the vacuum pump drive gear 19 and a new gasket on the engine block 18 so that the projection on the axis of the oil pump located in the groove on the axis of the vacuum pump.
2. Install the holder 16 and tighten the bolt 15 to 25 N ?� m.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the hose from the union 1 (see. Fig. A vacuum pump).
2. Start the engine.
3. Close the opening of the nozzle and check whether ryazrezhenie created. If it does not - replace the vacuum pump.
