Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. Disconnect the electrical wires (see. Fig. Detail of a drive of brakes) from the sensor 14, the brake fluid level, located in a traffic jam 13 15 brake fluid reservoir.
3. Clean dirt from the master cylinder 18, the vacuum amplifier 21 and pipelines extending from the brake master cylinder.
4. Perform a few vigorous taps on the brake pedal for removing the vacuum in the housing of the vacuum amplifier.
5. Install a master cylinder clean container.
6. To disconnect Pads with wires circuit 9 (see. Fig. The main brake cylinder) brake (if available).
7. Remove the brake switch 9 (if available).
8. Disconnect the pipes from the master cylinder 18 (see. Fig. Detail of a drive of brakes).
9. Remove nuts 16 fastening the master cylinder 18 to the vacuum amplifier 21.
10. Remove the brake master cylinder 18.
11. Remove cover 1 (see. Fig. The main brake cylinder) 3 brake fluid tank and drain the brake fluid.
12. Place the brake master cylinder reservoir and down by pressing several times on the piston 24 of the first camera, remove the brake fluid from the master cylinder.
13. Remove the tank 3 to the brake master cylinder, using a wooden spatula arm.
14. Remove from the cylinder sleeve 4.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the stop bolt 5.
2. Remove the retaining ring 18.
3. Remove from the housing 7 of the cylinder piston 24 with collars 20, 22 and 26, washers 19, 21, 23 and 25 force the hand valve for the shank of the piston 24.
4. Slide the piston 14 strikes an end of the housing 7 of the cylinder clean the board and remove it from the other parts.

Assembly


A warning

At each disassembly of the master cylinder replaced with new cuff, even if they mean still in good condition.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Inspect carefully and ensure the absolute purity of the mirror of the cylinder and the working surface of the piston, in the absence of rust, scratches and other irregularities.
2. Wash all parts with brake fluid.
3. Attach the valves 13 and 25, cuffs 12, 15 and 16, 26 and washers 11 and 27 to the pistons 14 and 24 (the location of the working edges of the cuffs, see. Fig. The main brake cylinder).
4. Coat the mirror cylinder with brake fluid.
5. Set springs 10 and 28 to the pistons 14 and 24 and then the spring 28, sleeve 29, an adjusting screw 17.
6. Coat the sleeve with brake fluid and insert the piston in the cylinder housing 7.
7. Set the stop screw 5 with seal 6 by clicking on the shank 24 of the piston.
8. Install the thrust washer 23, outer sleeve 22 and 20, having greased with their brake fluid, spacers 21 between them, the thrust washer 19.
9. Install the retaining ring 18.
10. Install the sleeve 4, having greased with their brake fluid.
11. Attach the tank 3 brake fluid.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the brake master cylinder is carried out in reverse order, with the following.
2. Replace with new gasket 8.
3. Fill the brake fluid reservoir and wait until the brake fluid flows out of the hole under the master cylinder pipes. Only then install pipelines.
4. Bleed brake system.
