6. Rinse the brakes warm water and dry.

A warning

Application for clearing of brakes of gasoline, diesel fuel or any other mineral solvents is inadmissible.

7. Loosen half turn the lock nut of the tip of a brake hose on the support 1 (see. Fig. Brake front wheel) and then wrap up, without delay, in order to facilitate the further dismantling.
8. Remove the cap 10 from the valve 11, the air discharge.
9. Loosen the upper and lower 6 5 1 caliper mounting bolts to the steering knuckle 16.
10. Remember the location of the sleeves 4 and 7, and take them out.
11. Remove the caliper 1, first pulling out the bottom.
12. Hang the caliper on a wire to the body, making sure that the support is not hanging down or twist the brake hose.
13. To mark the brake pads 12 and 13, as they were installed.

A warning

It is not permitted for replacing internal and external pads to each other, as well as between the left and right wheels. This can result in uneven braking.

14. Remove the brake pads 12 and 13 and latches 14 and 15.
15. Clean dirt and rust from the brake disc 19 (without touching its surface).
16. Set the container under the caliper 1.

A warning

If you have difficulty removing the piston from the cylinder, it is necessary to once again screw the air discharge valve 11 and set the brake hoses and pressing the brake pedal to push the piston.

To remove the cuffs use a wooden or plastic spatula. The use of metal objects is not desirable, as this may damage the inner surface of the cylinder.

21. Remove the cuff 24.
22. Clean all parts with water and detergent and dry.
23. Check the working surface of the piston 23 and cylinder.

A warning

At presence on working surfaces of the piston and cylinder for wear, seizing and nicks and replace piston caliper kit.

Checking the status of the working surfaces of the brake disc

A warning

Checking the status of the working surfaces of the brake disc is performed without removing the drive from the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the brake disk 19 (see. Fig. Brake the front wheel).
2. Measure the thickness of a micrometer drive (see value. Subsection 10.1).

A warning

If the thickness of the disc or the allowable depth of less scratches than the allowable value, the disc must be replaced. When shallow risks disk can be removed and abraded, but considering the fact that its final thickness was not less than acceptable.

3. Check the heartbeat working surfaces of the brake disc relative to the plane of rotation (see values. In Section 10.1).

A warning

If the runout exceeds the allowable drive, you must remove the disc and polish it, but given the fact that its final thickness was at least acceptable. Otherwise, replace the drive.

Removing the brake disc

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the screw 20.
2. Remove the brake disc 19.
3. Unscrew the bolts 21.
4. Remove the protective cover 18.

Installation of the brake disc

The installation of a brake disk produced in the reverse order of removal. Pre-purified mating surface of the hub wheel and the brake disc.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

A warning

Cuff 24 (see. Fig. Brake front wheel) and the protective cap 22 of the piston 23 must be replaced.

1. Coat the inner surface of the cylinder with brake fluid.
2. Lubricate the new seal 24 with brake fluid and insert into the slot of the cylinder.
3. Coat the new protective cap 22 with brake fluid and wear on the piston 23.
4. Insert the piston 23 into the cylinder effort of fingers without using any tool.
5. Screw the valve 11 venting.
6. Remove the cap from the brake hose and install the brake hose to the caliper 1, but do not tighten the lock nut of the tip of the hose.
7. Move the locks 14 and 15.
8. Install the brake pads 12 and 13, according to earlier made labels.
9. Set the caliper knuckle 16, starting from the top, and then turning downward.
10. Install the top bolt 6 with the sleeve 7.
11. Install the lower screw 5 together with the sleeve 4.
12. Tighten the screws 5 and 6 to 40 Nm.
13. Tighten the lock nut of the tip of a brake hose, while avoiding twisting hoses.
