The rear door assembly



Removal in the following order:
- Open, raise and support the tailgate in the open position;
- Disconnect and remove the interior trim tailgate;
- Disconnect the electrical wiring from the back door. Note the location of the wires;
- Using a pencil or pen, mark the position of each hinge rear door;
- While the assistant supports the rear door, remove the door stops after disconnecting joints on each side of the door;
- Unscrew the bolt of the rear door and remove the door.
Installation spend to sequences, return to removal. Before tightening the bolts, check the rear door hinge to the back door has been properly aligned with the body.

If you want to adjust the buffer back door, carefully remove the pins from the lever and remove the spacer buffer buffer. Remove the rubber pad with a buffer, then using the hex key, "3 mm" (Fig. 16.19), tighten the screw fastening until it stops and adjust the threaded sleeve 1, to provide a gap of 3 mm. Rib 2 pads should come in contact with the threaded sleeve.

Remove the clip and make adjustments, as shown in Fig. 16.20.
Collect the buffer and insert the pin.
Gently close the back door and opened it again, gently tighten the buffer.
