Withdrawal
Vehicles without power steering Removal in the following order: - Hang out and secure the support struts front of the vehicle;

- To improve access to the steering transmission 12 (Fig. 11.13), unscrew the bolts and remove the damper 11 with the front frame; - Remove the front wheel;

- Loosen the nut of the spherical rod end to the knuckle and ball joints using a puller, remove the hinge of steering draft from a rotary fist (see. Fig. 11.11); - Unscrew the top and bottom bolts 4, 6 shaft coupling universal joint of the steering column. In the engine compartment access is limited to members of brake and fuel systems, and the bottom of the exhaust system and the steering gear. Access to bolt the steering column universal joint is most convenient from the car; - Remove the bottom furnish of the panel of devices and a shelf panel on the driver side, and then lower down the lining of the bulkhead at the base of the steering column; - Remove the protective cover from the side walls of the engine compartment; - Using a winch, support the engine and transmission; - Unscrew the front cross beam; - Loosen not turned away to finish, bolt rear bushing control arm; - Without turning bolts stabilizer bar, lower the front crossmember to separate the shaft of the steering column. Do not lower crossbeam more than is necessary to separate shafts.
Passenger car servo Removal in the following order:

- For vehicles with power steering disconnect pressure 14 (Fig. 11.14) and return hose 13 of the steering gear. Before disconnecting the tubes, clean the joints; - Drain the remaining liquid in the container; - Move the tube of the steering transmission and muffle tube ends with plugs; - Remove the four screws on the steering transmission, leaving the bolts in the front cross beam; - Ensure that the steering gear is completely disengaged, move it back and remove from the vehicle; - Check the condition of the steering transmission and replace it if necessary.
