Glow plugs

Glow plug with normal annular gap (1) and without the annular gap (2)

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the electric wires from the spark plugs.
2. Remove the spark plugs.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Screw the glow plug and tighten it to a torque of 15 Nm.
Do not exceed the tightening torque glow, as otherwise it will be reduced or completely closes the annular gap between the working and the threaded part of the glow plug, see. Fig. Spark plug with normal annular gap (1) and without the annular gap (2). The normal value of the annular gap is 0.5 mm. Decreasing the annulus leads to rapid failure of the glow plug system.
2. Connect the glow plugs electric wires.
