Visual check of tightness of a transmission



Oil leak from the gearbox are possible in the following locations:

- With a compound of the drive shaft to the gearbox;
- About the oil drain plug;
- About the oil filler plug.

To determine the leak oil, follow these steps.
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the gearbox housing.
2. Possible leaks, cover with a thin layer of chalk or talc.
3. Take a test drive at a distance of about 30 kilometers.
4. Raise the vehicle on a lift or over a viewing hole and oil spills for the leak oil.
5. Remove the drain and fill the oil in the gearbox.
