Replacement of the fuel filter (diesel engines)

Fuel filter diesel engines

1 - the supply of fuel from the fuel tank,
2 - the fuel supply to the fuel pump high-pressure
3 - a bolt of ventilation,
4 - a collar,
5 - fluid drain plug

Location clamps (A) and mounting bolts (B) fuel hoses

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Drain all liquid from the fuel filter.
2. Clean the fuel connection to the fuel filter.
3. Remove the clamps that secure toplivopro water to the fuel filter.
4. Loosen the clamp (4) securing the fuel filter to the bracket. See Fig. Fuel filter diesel engines.
5. Remove the fuel filter from the upper filter. To hold the top of the canister against rotation can only use the spanner 17 mm, mounted on the head of a bolt ventilation (3). See Fig. The fuel filter of diesel engines.
6. Coat the new seal and new seal with diesel fuel.
7. Fill the filter with diesel fuel, so that the engine can be started quickly.
8. Hand tighten the fuel filter to the full to the top of the filter.
9. Replace the filter bracket and fix its collar.
10. Connect the fuel filter and fix their collars. The arrow on the filter indicates the direction of the flow of fuel.
11. To close the air intake to the supply system, tighten the clamp (A), and screw the bolt (B) securing the hose to the bracket. See Fig. Location clamps (A) and mounting bolts (B) of the fuel hoses.
12. Removal of air from fuel system happens automatically when the engine is started. After a few taps on the accelerator pedal, fuel without vials should flow on the transparent pipeline to the high pressure fuel pump.
13. Visually inspect the fuel system for leaks, especially at the joints of the fuel filter.
