Replacing the air filter element



The housing (1) of the air filter and the air intake pipe clamp (2)


Location-speed terminals (1) and an air nozzle mounting collar (2)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If there is remove the cover (1) of the air filter, see. Fig. The housing (1) of the air filter and the air intake pipe clamp (2).
2. Loosen the inlet pipe (2). See Fig. The housing (1) of the air filter and the air intake pipe clamp (2).
3. Loosen the clamp (2) and disconnect the air pipe to the air filter housing. See Fig. Location-speed terminals (1) and clamp fixing the air pipe (2).
4. Hand open the quick clamps (1) and lift the air filter cover and remove the old filter element. See Fig. Location-speed terminals (1) and clamp fixing the air pipe (2).
5. Depending on the vehicle, at the bottom of the air filter in the inlet zone can be established grid. The grid is designed to delay the large dirt, snow and ice, so that they do not block the filter element. In the presence of the grid, unscrew the bolt (1) for the grid and remove the grid and clean it, see. Fig. Location of the grid (1) and screws (2) securing the air filter housing.
6. Carefully clean the inside of the cover and the air filter housing.
7. If you have a mesh insert it into the filter housing and secure with the bolt.
8. Replace the filter element in the air filter housing.
9. Install the air filter cover and secure with the quick clamps.
Install the air pipe and fix its collar.
Secure the pipe clamp vozduhoza Data List.
If available, set the air filter housing.
