Adjusting the headlights



NOTE
The figure shows the left headlight.
Adjusting the left headlight of similar works on the adjustment of the right headlight.
If the test headlamp after installation you find uneven gaps between the headlight and the body, it is necessary to adjust its position.

Turn the ignition and all electrical consumers and translate the key to position 0 (pre-emphasis).
Remove the grille.
Remove the cover of the front bumper.

Turn off the top fixing bolts of light (Fig. 7.46).

Remove the lower mounting bolts of light (Fig. 7.47).

Podogonite gaps with the body by loosening or tightening the adjusting sleeve at the bottom left or bottom right of the headlight (Fig. 7.48).
Tighten all threaded connections to the specified torque.
Again, check the position of the headlights and, if necessary, adjust the gaps.
Replace the cover of the front bumper.
Install the radiator grille.
Check the operation of lights, including all of its functions.

NOTE
After removing lights or fit to the body is always necessary to carry out its adjustment.

Check the setting of the headlights, if necessary - adjust.
