Removal and installation of the relay unit on the left side of the front panel



ATTENTION
When disconnecting and connecting the battery, always observe the sequence of actions described in the workshop manual.

Withdrawal
Disconnect the battery.
Remove the front panel.

Location relays

Remove the relay from the relay box (Fig. 7.118).

NOTE
Number of relays and fuses depends on the vehicle.


Unlock retainers

Unlock the latches in the direction of the arrow out and squeeze the plug of the relay unit 1 (Fig. 7.119).

Unlock holder A and remove the holder with a fuse in the direction of the arrow B, with the relay unit (Fig. 7.120).

Unlock the latches in the direction of the arrow and remove the Thermal Cutoffs 1 of the jig (Fig. 7.121).

Lock the relay unit

Unlock the lock 1 relay block in the direction of the arrow and remove the relay unit (Fig. 7.122).

Setting
Install in reverse order, with the following should be considered.
First, lock the plug (relay) then the holder (fuse) and a jig (for Thermal Cutoff) in the relay unit.

Install the relay unit 2 into the guide 1 and secure relay unit (Fig. 7.123).
