Disassembly and assembly
Location of the water pump is shown in Fig. 102. To remove the pump loosen the tension of the belt, so you have to dismantle some of the shown in Fig. 102 parts, which are on the front side of the engine. After that, you must do the following:

- Drain the coolant (Sect. 4.1.1); - Loosen the belt tension and remove it; - Remove the belt cover on the top and bottom. Disconnect the spring clamps and bolts; - Unscrew the bolts of the safety guard belt around the water pump; - Loosen the tension roller of a gear belt and expand it so as to relieve the load on the toothed belt. Carefully remove the belt with three pulleys; - Disconnect the water pump. Remove the O-ring on the rear side of the pump and replace it with a new pump assembly. Installation of the pump is carried out in the reverse order of removal. As has already been mentioned, it must be replaced each time the O-ring. Set the belt and pull it, as described in Section. 2.7.2. Tighten the belt (Sect. 4.3.3) and fill the cooling system with coolant (Sect. 4.1.1).
