Disassembly and assembly of the internal hinge of equal angular speeds
After removing the CV joints (see. Sect. 9.2.1) turn separator, squeeze the ball out of the hub shell in the direction of the arrow in Fig. 231. The hub, building and six balls are picked up in the set, so they can be replaced only in the package.

Check all the details of the constant velocity joint for wear and damage. To assemble the hinge must do the following: - Wash all parts with kerosene; - To establish a hub in the separator insert ball fingers in a circle, as shown in Fig. 232;

- Insert the hub into the housing as follows (Fig. 233): - A bevel on the inner side of the hub must be turned to contact the shoulder on the drive shaft and a larger diameter of the outer ring; - To establish a hub with cage and the ball stud in the housing should be vertical; - Wide groove and a narrow groove b to the balls are in the hub on one side after the installation of the hub in the housing; - To ensure the reliability of the joint assembly, it should be subject to control. For this purpose, the hinge holding in one hand with the other hand jiggle ball hub, as shown in Fig. 234. Jamming and clicks should not be;

- Lubricate the joint, as described above; - Press on constant velocity joints on the shaft, the shaft should be below the support; - Insert into the groove a new snap ring. If necessary, carefully press in it with a pair of pliers used for repairing water pumps; - Complete the installation as described in Section. 9.2.1.
