Setting

To install the shock absorber must do the following:
- Insert the shock absorber base to the top of the suspension and pre-tighten the nut by hand;
- Make the front of the control arm with mounting of the blade into the guide on the back and move back towards the control arm;
- Combined with a suitable mandrel threaded hole in the control arm and the screw hole on the inside of the crossbar and screw bolt. Tighten the bolt in advance;
- Screw the bolt on the underside of the rear support control arm and tighten it in advance;
- Tighten the nut on the piston rod in the engine compartment to 60 Nm. The piston rod when it is necessary to again secure from turning as described in the section, which describes the removal of the shock absorber;
- Attach the stabilizer bar (see. Sect. 12.5.3);
- Connect the drive shaft to the gearbox and tighten bolts in a circle until 45 Nm using face head;
- Connect the tie rod to the steering knuckle. Use new caulking nut. Tighten to 35 Nm;
- If the nut of the drive shaft was not turned away, should fix the wheel bolts and lower the car (at curb weight) to the wheels. To gain access to the site of attachment control arm, the front wheels must be set on supports;
- Tighten the side-mounted control arm bolt torque of 70 Nm. Tighten 50 N ? m below the inserted bolt and tighten it another 90 ?;
- If you had unscrewed the nut of the drive shaft (for example, the shaft has been removed), it is necessary to tighten the shaft nut, as described in Sec. 8 (Sect. Installation of the drive shaft) before you mount the wheel bolts and lower vehicle to the ground. Vehicle weight should not fall on the wheel while unscrew the nut of the drive shaft, so the nut should be tightened to 50 Nm before tighten it;
- Tighten the wheel torque of 110 Nm.
