Differential

Details differential
Fig. Details of the differential 202. 1 - separator; 2 - side gear; 3 - ring nut; 4 - an axis of satellites; 5 - conical satellite

Wiring diagram of the differential without satellites
Fig. 203. Wiring diagram without differential satellites: 1 - gearbox housing; 2 - Compensation washer; 3 - an external ring of the bearing; 4 - tapered roller bearing; 5 - the drive wheel; 6 - a box of differential; 7 - the safety pin; 8 - a speedometer drive; 9 - tapered roller bearing; 10 - ring of the bearing; 11 - Compensation washer; 12 - clutch housing; 13 - Rivet; 14 - Rivet; 15 - driven gear; 16 - nut 70 Nm

Details of the differential shown in Fig. 202 (satellites), and 203. The two ring nuts in the differential side gears are used for screwing bolts drive flanges. The axis of the satellite differential is held by two corners, one on each side, which are not shown. They are used only when the driven wheel is attached to the main gear box differential rivets. If the drive wheel pressed onto the box in the hot state for fixing it uses both the axis of the spring of the spacer pin 16 (see. Fig. 203), one on each side of the axis. Remove the differential described in Section. 8.2.
