The need to repair transmission occurs very rarely. Regardless of the amount of work on transmission dismantling always follow these guidelines:

- After setting the gearbox oil level should be checked. The amount of oil SAE 80, API GL-4; GL-5 is 3.1 liters;

- Constantly to be replaced all paper gaskets, O-rings and seals shafts. The space between the edge of the cuff before installing always greased;

- Thoroughly clean all sealing surfaces.

When using sealant apply it evenly and ensure that the vents are not clogged;

- Always replace all spring lock or snap rings. Snap ring during installation not to stretch too much, and always ensure that they are exactly fall into the groove;

- The nuts and bolts used to attach the rear cover and housing, turns and tighten crosswise. All the self-locking nuts and bolts must be replaced. Monitor compliance with torques;

- Needle bearings installed marking out the side to use a mandrel;

- All bearings are lubricated prior to installation;

- Inner rings of tapered roller bearings before installing heated to 100 ?� C. Not to be confused with each other inner and outer rings of various bearings. Tapered roller bearings of the shaft always replace complete;

- The thickness of the shims are always measured with a micrometer at several places. Only install the washer without burrs and other defects;

- Synchronizer ring check for wear and replaced if necessary in accordance with the instructions in the appropriate section. Before installation, carefully greased with oil, so that they start at the first began to not run dry.
