The gear change mechanism comprises two assemblies. At the top of the shift lever is operated from the control gear selection, at the bottom - the bottom part of the shift lever and the shift cable assembly connections. In Fig. 209 and 210 show details of the gearshift.
When working on the gearshift in the car or on the underside of the following should be considered:
- When removing the collar 2 (Fig. 209) to the mounting frame not forget to install it on the gear change in the assembly;
- 4 clip connects the handle to the arm;
- Gasket 7 is mounted between the housing the gear lever and the bottom of the car;
- 8 plastic nut is used for fastening on the body of the console shift lever. Loosen before removing the gearshift;
- Remote plug 9 is installed between the console and the gear lever housing;
- Gasket 11 is installed between the housing and the gear lever base plate;
- The shift cable 13 ensures movement in the switching mechanism;
- Thrust bearing 5 gear lever consists of several parts and is destroyed when removed. When installing a new bearing ensure that there is no-expanding plastic inserts;
- Tighten the hexagon nut 17 to 20 Nm, after adjusting the gearshift control;
- The set screw finger selector lever tightening torque of 20 Nm;
- Adjusting the cam comes into engagement with the gear lever. When he appeared, the mechanism of a gear change it is necessary to adjust again;
- Item 6 (Fig. 210), the gear lever can be removed and installed with the cable 19 without dismantling the gear shift mechanism;
- Spring roll pin 7 can knock out the appropriate knockout;
- To knock out the spring roll pin 10, you need to hold the shift lever in a vise and knock knockout pin;
- Bearing the gear lever is extruded from the lever or pressed into it, along with a guide;
- The plug 12 is designed to bolt bearing caps;
- To dismantle the support plate 16 should open the connection pads on the housing shift lever;
- The holder 17 serves for fixing the cable 19. It may have is extruded and molded with a mandrel;
- The pin 21 is screwed into the gearbox and tighten to 20 Nm.
