Coil springs are marked and should not be set arbitrarily at any car model. You can replace just one spring, without disrupting the work of the rear suspension as a whole.
Check shock absorber, taking out and inserting it again rod. The stroke should be carried out with the same resistance, without backlash. Traces of oil does not mean the need to replace the shock absorber on the condition that he is still working reliably. Dampers also have different color-coded. As springs, dampers must always installed with the same label. Unfit for further operation of the shock absorber must be sent to bodyshops for disposal in compliance with environmental safety. Assembling the shock absorber is carried out in sequence, return dismantling taking into account the following:
- Make sure the planting of rubber buffer;
- Mounted on shock first conical spring part down;
- When installing spacers springs used in Fig. 283. The figure shows that in the spring spacer made the inscription ?Federanfang? (beginning of spring). It should combine this side of the spacer to the end of the spring coil spring
