Removing and installing starter



To remove the starter, proceed as follows:
- Disconnect the negative lead from the battery;
- Set in the front of the vehicle support;
- Before disconnecting the wires from the starter, you must disconnect the black plastic cover and the electrical connector from the switch to the magnet retractor. These parts are indicated by arrows in Fig. 328;

- Disconnect the connector 1 ("50") of the retractor relay and nut 2 from the pin "30". Pull wires aside (see. Fig. 329);

- Unscrew the nuts and bolts of the mount. Not all of the bolts are the same length. Remove the starter.
Install the starter is carried out in reverse order. Be sure to connect the wires. Tighten the O 2 (see. Fig. 329) to 13 Nm. Bolts and nuts, as shown in Fig. 330, tighten the specified torque. After installation, connect the battery, and then enter the code for the radio, set the time.
