Bleeding the clutch

Bleeding the clutch is carried out similarly to the removal of air from the brake system. Pumping valve is close to the junction of the engine with the gearbox (Fig. 238, arrow).
The air from the clutch control must be removed whenever the hydraulic lines are disconnected when the air or in some other way was in the hydraulic system. An indication of the presence of air in the hydraulic system is to slow down the return of the clutch pedal, or failure to return it at all.
