A method of fastening of the oil pump is shown in Fig. 452. When removing, proceed as follows: - Remove the oil sump (section 18.1); - Remove the bolts of the oil pump housing; - Pull the pump down so that the shaft came out of the engagement, and then pull it out completely; - Remove the upper part of the engine vacuum pump and pull it upward as it should be removed during the installation of the pump; Installation of the pump is carried out in sequence, return to removal process, but it should comply with the following recommendations:

- Set the vacuum pump. It is mounted with O-ring, which will replace a new one. Insert the clamping plate into the groove of the shaft and tighten the bolt to 20 Nm. In Fig. 453 shows a method of attaching a vacuum pump; - Insert the drive shaft of the oil pump from the bottom through the engine to the interior of the drive mechanism of the vacuum pump and press on the oil pump without running to the crankcase; - Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm; - Reinstall the oil pan and fill with engine oil.
