Removing and installing turbocharger conducted in accordance with Fig. 482. In Fig. 481 shows the point of attachment of the turbocharger pipes, so this figure should pay particular attention when installing the turbocharger: - Disconnect the wires from AB; - Install the front part of the car on supports and remove the motor protection; - Disconnect the exhaust pipe from the turbocharger (4 screws), disconnect it from the other side. Remove the front exhaust pipe. Remove the pads;

- Remove the air hose between the intake manifold and the junction of the turbocharger with charge air cooler and the hose between the air filter and the turbocharger. This hoses 1 and 2 (Fig. 483);

- Unscrew shown in Fig. 484 bolts and remove exhaust pipe; - Remove the bolt and the enrichment boost pressure hose;

- Disconnect the recirculation pipeline and oil pipeline to supply shown in Fig. 485 places; - Unscrew and remove the turbocharger. Install the turbocharger is carried out in sequence, return to removal process. Wherein: - Replace in accordance with the gaskets, O-rings, bolts, nuts, etc. (see. to the list of Fig. 482). - Put the hose and secure enrichment boost pressure before the turbocharger will be installed; - Install the turbocharger and tighten the screws inserted from above so that the turbocharger could still move slightly; - Tighten the bottom nut to 25 Nm and then tighten the bolts inserted into the top 35 Nm. - Before installing a pipeline supplying oil fill it with oil; - Set the oil recycling pipe with a new gasket and tighten to 25 N ? m; - Install the front exhaust pipe with new gaskets (tightening torques 25 Nm); - Pay attention to the correct arrangement of the individual tubes and the reliability of their installation; - After installing the turbocharger, run the engine and let it run for a while at idle. Engine can not directly operate the high speed, since in this case will not occur even distribution of oil.
