Lambda probe



Lambda probe is used to adjust the composition of the exhaust gases and installed in a car with an adjustable catalyst. It is installed on the front exhaust pipe near the flange.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the plug connection.
2. Unscrew lambda probe from the exhaust pipe.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Coat the threads of the lambda probe with special grease VW G5.

A warning

G5 should not get into the housing slots on the lambda probe. If possible, do not touch the body of the new lambda probe and not to pollute it.


2. Screw the oxygen sensor in the exhaust pipe to 50 Nm.
3. Connect to the lambda probe.
