Heating and ventilation of salon (without air conditioning)

Elements of the Control Panel HEATING
Fig. 2.29. Elements of the Control Panel HEATING: 1 - control fan speed control; 2 - Mode selector switch; 3 - control the supply air temperature; 4 - the switch of electric heating the rear window and door mirrors; 5 - switch air recirculation mode

Heating and ventilation system has a corresponding control panel (Fig. 2.29).
Description of the functions of the Control Panel HEATING:
1) control the fan speed control has 6 positions corresponding to the different speed of his work (respectively: 0 - off, 6 - the highest fan speed);

2) Mode selector switch different directions air intake. The switch may be installed at any intermediate position between the designated modes. Possible directions of air flow, as well as the relevant provisions of the selector shown in Fig. 2.30, 2.31, 2.32, 2.33, 2.34.
Remember that when you open the vents on the dashboard through them always passes a certain amount of air, regardless of the position selector mode. For maximum air flow to the floor or a window, close these vents. To prevent re-open side windows fogging two outer air vents;
3) control the supply air temperature cascade control enables the cold incoming air (far left) to warm (far right);
4) The rear window heater, heaters outside mirrors.
When switched off the heating mode LED lights;
5) switch air recirculation mode. When the position of the fresh air is fed into the interior of the vehicle, it is necessary to prevent the entry of exhaust gases surrounding vehicles. When using this mode LED lights. When operating in the recirculation mode is recommended to use a timer. Adjust the temperature of the inlet air temperature must be a selector switch. When using this mode in cold or wet weather may mist up the windows.
The timer function when working in recirculation mode minimizes the risk of icing, misting and stuffy in the cabin. Perform the following procedure: press the switch air recirculation mode and hold it for more than 3 seconds. Within 5 seconds the LED flashes. Recirculation of air in the car is turned around
5 minutes. Each press of the switch will activate the timer. If you want to turn off the timer function, press the switch and hold it for more than 3 seconds. To confirm your choice for 5 seconds LED will illuminate.

Mode of operation of the heating system to prevent icing and misting
Fig. 2.37. Mode of operation of the heating system to prevent icing and misting

In Fig. 2.35, 2.36, 2.37 shows the recommended position of the regulators of the system HEATING modes, respectively, creating a maximum temperature in the cabin, creating the most low temperature and in a mode that would prevent fogging and icing of windows.
