Details of fastening of the longitudinal lever
Fig. 8.18. Details of fastening of the longitudinal lever 1 - a bolt of fastening of the longitudinal lever to a body; 2 - the bolt of the upper link; 3 - trailing arm; 4 - bolts traction control convergence

- Remove the mountings of the lower arm and the upper link to the trailing arm (Fig. 8.18);
- Remove the bolt from the front rubber bushings and remove the trailing arm;
- If necessary, replace the front rubber bushing trailing arm;
- Set screws in the trailing arm in the front attachment and lower arm, tighten your fingers;
- Fit the thrust control of a convergence on the trailing arm, tighten bolts of fastening of draft 4 to 35 Nm;
- Put the elements of the trailing arm (Fig. 8.17), pre-clean the surface:
- Sensor ABS, mudguard and the holder on the hub (tighten to 55 Nm), wire and sensor ABS, hub assembly with the brake disc; install a new central nut and tighten it to a torque of 175 Nm;
- Set the caliper holder and tighten fasteners to 55 Nm;
- Mount the brake hose in the holder and place the fixing bracket;
- Mount the parking brake cable to the trailing arm;
- Connect the inner cable to the lever, insert the cable cover and place in the holder locking bracket;
- Check the cleanliness of the contact surfaces of the brake disc and hub, lubricate the central guide pin at the front of the hub anticorrosive composition 1161038-3; put the wheel and slightly tighten the bolts, then tighten them diagonally 110 Nm;

A WARNING
It is important to perform the tightness diagonally, applying a specified time. This will prevent the formation voltage in the brake disc.
