Withdrawal

Location air filter cover
Fig. 18.20. Location air filter cover

Remove the air filter cover (see. Fig. 18.20).

Location bolts of air nozzles (1 and 2)
Fig. 18.21. Location bolts of air nozzles (1 and 2)

Remove the bolts and remove the air tubes 1 and 2 (see. Fig. 18.21).

Location nuts housing the six-cylinder diesel engine
Fig. 18.26. Location nuts housing the six-cylinder diesel engine

Pull the plug, remove the nuts and remove the engine cover (Fig. 18.26).

Unscrewing bolts radiator fan with viscous coupling
Fig. 18.27. Unscrewing bolts radiator fan with viscous coupling

Remove the bolt radiator fan with viscous coupling, keeping the axis of rotation of the fan the other wrench (Fig. 18.27).
Remove the front left and right casings of a gear belt.

Location housing screws V-ribbed belt
Fig. 18.28. Location housing screws V-ribbed belt

Remove the screws and remove the V-belt casing (Fig. 18.28).

The weakening of the tension of the main V-ribbed belt tensioner and lock pin (1)
Fig. 18.29. The weakening of the tension of the main V-ribbed belt tensioner and lock pin (1)

Allen wrench, turn counterclockwise tension mechanism of the main V-ribbed belt, with the result that release the tension, lock the tensioner in this position pin 1 (Fig. 18.29) with a diameter of 4 mm and remove the belt from the generator.

Location generator terminals on six-cylinder diesel engines
Fig. 18.30. Location generator terminals on six-cylinder diesel engines 1 - terminal "30 / B +?; 2 - terminal ?D +?; 3 - terminal DF

Remove the nut and disconnect the wires from the terminals "30 / B +? and ?D +? generator (Fig. 18.30). Disconnect the electrical connector DF on the generator.

An arrangement of bolts (1 and 2) fixing the generator on cars with six-cylinder diesel engines
Fig. 18.31. An arrangement of bolts (1 and 2) fixing the generator on cars with six-cylinder diesel engines

Turn out bolts of fastening of the generator 1 and 2 (Fig. 18.31) and remove the generator from the car.

Setting
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Check the location of the V-ribbed belt on pulleys.
Tighten the bolt radiator fan with viscous coupling, keeping the axis of rotation of the fan another wrench 3312.
Allen wrench, turn counterclockwise tension mechanism of the main V-belt and pull the pin 1 (see. Fig. 18.29).
Tighten the M8 fastening of the generator torque 25 Nm and M10 screw torque 45 Nm.
Tighten the screws fixing the wires to the terminal "30 / B +? 16 N ? m, to the terminal ?D +? - 4 N ? m.
Tighten the V-belt casing to the bracket to 10 Nm.
