PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn the steering wheel all the way counterclockwise.
2. Support the engine oil pan with a wooden block and a little lift motor.
3. Remove the left engine support.
4. Remove the water pump pulley.
5. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
6. Remove the top casing of a gear belt.
7. Check the toothed belt for bundles, damage and other defects. Ensure carefully checked that the entire length of the belt.
8. Turn the crankshaft of the engine so that the piston of the first cylinder established at TDC in the compression stroke. Align the mark on the pulley of the toothed belt of the crankshaft with a pointer to the engine block. Check that the mark on the camshaft pulley are aligned with the pointer on the cylinder head cover.
9. Remove the bottom casing of a gear belt.
10. Loosen the bolts 1 and 2 securing the tension mechanism in the sequence shown in the figure, with a spring mechanism unclench toothed belt tension.
11. Check the position of the belt on the motor pulley.
12. Tighten bolts 1 and 2 securing the tension mechanism in the same manner.
13. Turn the clockwise crankshaft one full turn and align the label on a pulley of a gear belt of a cranked shaft with the index on the engine block.

A warning

Do not turn the crankshaft counterclockwise.

14. In the same manner, loosen the bolts 1 and 2 fastening mechanism of a tension of a gear belt.

15. Re-tighten the bolts 1 and 2 securing the tension mechanism in the same manner.

Torque: 20-27 N ??? m

16. Recheck the toothed belt tension. By clicking on the stretched arm of a gear belt with a force of 49 N timing belt should cave in to the center of the head bolts tightening mechanism.
