Exhaust



1 - a bolt to 30-40 N ??? m;
2 - a lining;
3 - way catalytic converter;
4 - central silencer;
5 - the main silencer;
6 - Suspension;
7 - a nut 30-40 N ??? m;
8 - a bolt, 40-60 N ??? m;
9 - a reception exhaust pipe;
10 - the oxygen sensor;
11 - the catalytic converter.

The main silencer
A warning

Before removing or inspecting elements of the exhaust system, make sure that it is sufficiently cooled.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the muffler from the central tube.
2. Remove the rubber suspension and remove the main silencer from the vehicle.

The central tube

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove muffler from the central reception exhaust pipe.
2. Remove the rubber suspension and remove the center muffler from the car.

Catalytic converter

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the catalytic converter with a reception exhaust pipe.
2. Remove the catalytic converter from the cylinder head.

Reception exhaust pipe

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unplug the connector from the oxygen sensor.
2. Separate reception exhaust pipe from the catalytic converter or exhaust manifold.
3. Remove the front exhaust pipe clamp bolt and nut center muffler.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check mufflers and pipes for corrosion and damage.
2. Check the rubber suspension in the absence of aging and cracking.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Temporarily install the catalytic converter assembly, a reception exhaust pipe, center and rear mufflers.
2. Tighten all connections elements of the exhaust system. Moving to the side exhaust system of a vehicle, make sure that it does not touch the body of the car. Otherwise, replace the rubber suspension of the exhaust system.
