Vacuum brake booster



1 - a vacuum hose;
2 - a clip;
3 - pin head and the cotter pin hole;
4 - a nut, 8-12 N ??? m;
5 - spacer spacer;
6 - a lining;
7 - the vacuum brake booster.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the brake pipes from the master cylinder.
2. Remove the brake master cylinder.

A warning

The brake liquid dissolves a paint, plastic and wire insulation, so if you accidentally hit fluid on the paintwork of a vehicle or its components, rinse with plenty of water.


3. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum brake booster.
4. In the car, remove the spring pin and remove the pin with a head and a hole for the pin.
5. Remove the brake light switch.
6. Remove the four nuts of the vacuum brake booster.
7. Remove the vacuum brake booster.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the brake servo with a new seal on the bulkhead and secure with four nuts.

Torque: 8-12 N ??? m

2. Connect the traction brake pedal and set the pin with a head and an aperture under the pin and secure it with a new spring cotter pin.
3. Install the brake master cylinder to the brake servo and secure the nuts.
4. From the engine compartment, connect the vacuum hose to the brake servo.
5. Connect the brake pipes and tighten the nuts connecting tubes.
6. Fill popolnitelny tank of brake system with brake fluid. Remove air from the hydraulic circuit brake system.
7. Check for leaks of brake fluid.
8. Check and, if necessary, adjust the height of installation of a pedal and brake pedal free wheeling.
9. After installation, apply grease to the contact point of the brake pedal and pull.
