Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the plug and the tip of the inside of the rope from the lever of the accelerator pedal.
  1. Disconnect the connector from the switch of the accelerator pedal, turn out bolts and remove an arm of the accelerator pedal.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check the accelerator cable and cable housing damage.
  2. Check for smooth movement of the accelerator cable in the shell.
  3. Check for the absence of an accelerator pedal of the bend.
  4. Check the condition of the return spring.
  5. Check the condition of the tip of the accelerator cable.
  6. Check operation of the accelerator pedal switch.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Grease the pivot point of the accelerator pedal.
  1. To prevent vapor and exhaust gases in the interior of the vehicle, apply sealant to the threaded bolts of the accelerator pedal arm. Torque: 8-12 N ??? m
  1. Insert the tip of a cable of an accelerator in the grip end of the lever of the accelerator pedal.
  1. Apply multipurpose grease around the tip of the accelerator cable.
